Today’s WOD: For time: 75 thrusters, 95/65# *100m run everytime you set the bar down. My time: 16:37 — I used 45# for the thrusters and rowed 150m instead of running 100m Very good workout! I was drenched! Looking forward to Saturday’s WOD!
