This footage briefly shows some of the day to day struggles I encounter at work and then you’ll meet the Plansons, one of my customers. There’s also an interview with Kevin Barberio and Trent McCool. Kevin helped me start a nutrition and exercise plan when I first started this blog in Feb 2009, and Trent is the friend that created the 300 lb challenge.
