I would not worry about the goal of not using a cpap machine. I kinda like the sound of it — it is a comforting sound for me to sleep to…

Just found your blog and would love to talk with you more, congrats on your success, when you feel negative self talk creeping in just remind yourself how far you’ve come and how much you’ve already achieved!

You are amazing. Thanks for sharing your goals and your courage. I am so encouraged by you!

I’ve been on my own journey. This past week- I met a significant milestone- I made my “half weight.”

I’m really not sure what my heaviest weight was, but when I started to record my weight I was at 289#. This past week, after a little more than 2 years of work I made it to 144#.

Gratitude every day for improved health. More goals to reach but keeping it all positive along the way.

Blessings to you brother! You rock!

Best,

Dawn
