About

Most recent picture. Weight: 375 lbs.

Welcome! I’m Stephen Vinson, a 31 year old weight loss blogger and computer repair business owner from Birmingham, Alabama. I’ve lost over 250 pounds since starting WhoAteMyBlog? in February 2009. After being morbidly obese my entire life, I finally decided at my highest weight of 632 pounds to lose the weight by cutting back what I eat and exercising.

If I can do it, so can you!

My ultimate goal weight is 200 pounds. Meaning, when I started WhoAteMyBlog?, I had over 400 pounds to lose! As they say: “Better late, then never!”

My mission is to motivate you to action to improve your health. What’s stopping you from reaching your goals?

Stephen at his highest weight: 632 lbs.

When I started WhoAteMyBlog? in February 2009, I was at the end of my rope. Being 632 pounds really limited my mobility. I was getting near the point of being bed ridden, but with the support of my friends, family, readers, and fans, I changed all that. Now, life is so much better, and getting better every day.

You can do anything that you set your mind and heart to!

Hi Stephen

You have achieved so much!

Don’t forget that you didn’t get to 600lb by being the average guy and loosing 200lb means you have experience of what works for you even if it isn’t standard!

We all know you are in this for the long term and you are training like an athlete now!

Its great that you are getting lots of proffessional advice to try different diet variations, just remember you are the world greatest expert on your body and don’t be afraid to think “well actually I seem to loose weight more consistently when i eat/exercise this way ” be honest with yourself and your advisors, take the good ideas and move on

I’ve followed you for over a year now, you are a fantastic inspiration :)

Check it out and see what you think, its free too! Keep it up :) your making great progress!

Seeing how far you’ve come really puts my journey of losing 120 lbs into perspective. You’ve lost almost twice what I need to. If you can do that, so can I. Thank you for this blog and I will be linking your page to my blog (http://myjourneytolose120pounds.blogspot.com/
so hopefully more people will be inspired by you.
