Things are never as bad as they seem. No matter how bad you think your situation is, re-prioritize your daily activities. Spend more time doing the things that will get you closer to your goal. Remember, weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint. If you’re not pleased with your weight loss progress, get back to basics: track your calories, track your exercise, plan your meals and exercise, and follow through with your plans. Drink lots of water. Prevent binge eating by keeping junk out of the pantry, and don’t get food through the window of your car. You can do this. I am doing this. We are going to do this.

Oh Stephen,I needed that today!
Thanks for straightening out my priorities. I have been pick pick picking away at every little problem with my workouts and diet and making myself rather bummed out! Time to embrace what I am doing right and use that.
Your Awesome!! Needed those words of encouragement for a different reason…but we all must keep fighting! Thank You!
Thanks! This came at the perfect time!!
Amen, brother. Yes we are.
