Thank goodness for team Jiggle-O’s. I got my workout in because of our team. I didn’t want to let them down.
I stretched at lunch because my legs were so tight. Stretching my hip flexors, quads, glutes, and back muscles, which provided a lot of relief. I also did my cobra pose for a long time.
After work, I did 20 mins on the exercise bike, then I did a 15 min ABS class with the Jiggle-O’s. This was a tough class that focuses on core work. I took it easy on the back, so we’ll see how I feel tomorrow.
My eating schedule was all over the place because work was crazy, but I’ve got things under control.
Another good day in the books. That’s two in a row.

The abs classes are really beneficial to get fabulous abs. Doing it on regular basis for one month may get you success.
Nice job…I know you have to feel good plus accomplished!
