Iron Tribe CrossFit 101 WOD 6

Today’s WOD

  • 6 Rounds
  • 30 seconds Sumo Dead Lifts #35/26
  • 30 seconds Burpees
  • 60 seconds Rest

I missed WOD five on Wednesday because of the stomach flu. It felt good to get back at it.

Tough WOD today. I couldn’t do the burpees because the way I was standing up off the grounds caused pain in my knee, so I was allowed to do push ups instead.

No pictures today. I don’t even have my numbers from the workout. I’m not quite back to 100%, but I got the workout done.

Look for informative and entertaining crossfit posts next week. :) Next Friday, I’ll be making up my missed WOD, so two WOD in one day. Yippee!

2 in one day?! Fantastic!!! Looking forward to reading that post. Glad to hear you modify instead of quitting. There is always another option.
