- 6 Rounds
- 30 seconds Sumo Dead Lifts #35/26
- 30 seconds Burpees
- 60 seconds Rest
I missed WOD five on Wednesday because of the stomach flu. It felt good to get back at it.
Tough WOD today. I couldn’t do the burpees because the way I was standing up off the grounds caused pain in my knee, so I was allowed to do push ups instead.
No pictures today. I don’t even have my numbers from the workout. I’m not quite back to 100%, but I got the workout done.

Next Friday, I’ll be making up my missed WOD, so two WOD in one day. Yippee!

2 in one day?! Fantastic!!! Looking forward to reading that post. Glad to hear you modify instead of quitting. There is always another option.
