Today’s WOD:
Today’s WOD was extremely difficult.
The front squats weren’t that bad. The ring rows KILLED me. My arms are sooooooooo sore. They were still sore from last week’s rowing. (Yep, I’m a whiner.)

Today’s WOD was our first group WOD. We paired up in to teams of two’s for the workout. (I was in a group of 3) So, the squats and ring rows were split up between team members. However, only one person could workout at a time. Everyone had to do all of the running.
I believe they are preparing us for pull ups. FUUUN TIMES. (You know I love it.)
Wait a second. That caption doesn’t sound right. ( LOL ) It’s referring to tough times in the gym and life, not tough times in the bathroom. Comedy. I has it.

Not bad…
MAN! I want to try those ring thingies. I’m trying to build upper body strength so I can do real pushups and burpees… but it’s kinda hard to go from zero pounds to 320lbs. heh. the rings would be a nice middle place.
