Better Today

I made a food and exercise plan for today and followed it EXCEPT for the exercise. Food was great and I drank tons of water. I’m about to type out tomorrow’s plan, and will be hitting the gym in the morning for my exercise. I’m back on track after a two day setback.

Good job mostly following your plan today Stephen! This last week has been an experiment for me, and tomorrow’s weigh in will tell me how to continue it. Hopefully we’ll both have really good things to say over the next week. :)
