I’ve been reading a little while but I’m a slacker about commenting. I’m at my highest weight, very close to your current weight and I simply can’t be perfect either like your last post said. But you inspire me to change and take the downs with the ups so I’ll be following along on your journey. Great job!

Regarding your last post about the high cost of blood work, you should consider tissue mineral analysis (hair testing) and/or neurotransmitter screenings. I fell off the wagon too yesterday … food-wise, not alcohol
But, as you yourself have said, every day is a do-over. 9 hours of sleep and a fresh start and today can be very different from yesterday! You’ll make it!
What are the things that help you to stay positive? What do you do when you feel tempted? What is your back up plan?
I’m asking myself those same questions. I’ll have to make a list!
