I have been so lazy today. I did manage to help wash clothes early this morning. Later at lunch we headed over to Publix and I got some brown rice sushi. I also picked up a seaweed salad that was not good. It had jelly fish in the salad and they tasted okay, but they were too chewy for me.
I didn’t do any walking today…. shame on me. Lately I create a lot of plans for my nutrition and fitness, but don’t follow through on my plans. Kind of defeats the purpose of plans. Maybe I need to just stop planning, and do more doing.

I did a lot of sitting around yesterday, too, but I forced myself up off my chair to do 40 minutes of “Walk It Out” on the Wii which burned a couple hundred calories or so. It was nice to have a day of relaxation for once, but I was determined not to let that scale insult me this morning and I won!
It is okay to be lazy once in a while. Maybe you should plan for a lazy day and you will end up walking
I taught a 45 minute weight lifting class, and tried to challenge myself on several tracks. Then I tackled grooming our three cats. That definitely counts as physical activity, as it requires chasing, catching, re-catching, etc. I cleaned, made cupcakes (I substituted whole wheat and honey for the white flour and sugar and they still tasted fine) and then I got a bit lazy and watched tv
