Total Weight Loss Since 02/09: 190 lbs
Just 10 lbs away from the 200 lb loss milestone!!!!! It feels great. I’m reaping the benefits of stepping up my game. I’m eating more veggies and fruits, and have increased my workouts.
Hopefully next week will be the week that I get to the 200lbs lost milestone!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so proud of you Stephen you've come such an amazingly far way. Here's to next week's weigh in putting you over that 200 mark but even if it doesn't you will get there and beyond regardless. I remember first reading your posts all those lbs ago. It's terrific to see all the great changes in you, the biggest being how good you feel about yourself now. *hugs*
