This Week: 456 lbs

Total Loss: -1 lb

Weight loss since Feb 2009: 176 lbs

I am very pleased that I did not gain anything this week. Last weekend was not a good food weekend. Stay tuned. Next week’s going to be a good one. :)

Great attitude! Isn't it a great feeling to step on the scale after a not-so-good week or weekend and then see the scale show a loss. Much better than the gain we expect. You're doing awesome!

Like I told Jennifer… we can not control the amount of weight we lose each week, only the behaviors than lead to weight loss. You are doing so good. Continue to practice smart behaviors and they will become permanent. We're all supporting you!!
