Same deal…if you don't want feedback, just say so!! Great food choices overall! Again, see about replacing that Arnold round with lettuce or a wrap in the future. If that doesn't fill you up good enough, then have 2 slices of roast beef (or, better yet, fill it with veggies!) I love the salad and the apple going on up in there. Great job eating your snacks too. I think snacks are really important. You should be eating every 2 hours or so! Great job with the exercise too Stephen!

Thank you, Stephen
Christine loves beer too. Go with her choices…
LMAO! I do indeed like my beer! ha ha!
Can I tell you I love you man, but your food choices not so much…
It all sounds good to me
Have you thought of adding some more servings of fruit and veg to your breakfast and lunch? Maybe add some blueberries on the side for breakfast, or add some tomato with breakfast either raw, or throw it in the frying pan after the eggs are done and cook a few slices. Maybe some raw veggies to go with lunch, such as zucchini, cauliflower, broccoli or carrots (or a mix)? We try to keep some raw veggies in the fridge to go with meals that aren't veggie heavy. Another trick is making a wrap instead of a sandwich, and topping the protein with half a cup or more of shredded carrot. It is sweet and juicy and adds a zing to lunch.
Do you know how many calories are in that greek salad? I'm not asking in an accusatory, “ohhhh do you know how bad that is” way, but honestly asking if you've added up the calories. Most greek salads are packed with feta cheese and olives and just a half cup of feta is between 200-300 calories and 15-23 grams of fat. Plus I'm pretty sure greek style dressing is made with a base of olive oil.
I am just pointing this out because most people think they are doing good by choosing a salad but most salads at restaurants (not prepared yourself) pack a lot of hidden calories you don't think about.
I agreewith the other readers that you dont seem to be getting a while lot of fruits and veggies in your diet.
