Yes, I’ve gained 18 pounds since my last weigh-in two weeks ago.
My current weight is 474 lbs. It’s time I get back to basics. I’m going to revert back to logging my food on the blog.
Where things went wrong:
- I just gave up for 2 weeks.
- Excuses! I keep making excuses.
- Ignored my weight. I did not monitor my weight.
- Did not blog…. I tend to do better when I blog often.
- Skipped workouts
It all stops today!!!
My primary goal is to eat less than 2000 calories per day for seven days. Danny and I are working on another walking schedule right now since my foot has healed.

It amazes me that you can recognize and acknowledge your diet errors. Keep up your excellent work – it is not easy. You are doing a super job! z.
Brush yourself off and hop back on the wagon! We're all here to help you back up. You can do this! You'd done such an amazing job so far, so don't let it get you down.
Knowing it is really half the battle. Every day is a fresh chance to start over and make a difference, and since you know what to do, you'll see results by your next weigh-in if you stick with it. Good luck!
Are we all done now…. thank you, back to work…
Sending you a big high five for getting back in the game. You have soooo much spunk! I just love that about you!
YOU CAN DO THIS!!! I know it sucks and i know its hard… everyone falls at some point but it is how you pick your self back up again that shows your true human spirit.
I feel much better about my 5 lbs. Do I have to come down there and follow you around and make sure you don't eat crap. GIVING UP IS NOT AN OPTiON! You have so much life ahead of you if you get your brain where it needs to be. you know you want better than this! C'mon! Let's get out there and move! We both need a kick in our big oversized pants to get us back on track! MOVE IT!
Blame it on your period – Allan Klein likes that (see below). lol
Fit is fun! (that's what i keep telling myself anyway)
stephen, are you still seeing judy (the counselor)?
Thank you Z.
Yes, also I met with a dietitian friend tonight. She had some really great advice.
Way to go getting back on track. I have a lot to lose also and just started getting back on track. Luckily I had only gained 10 pounds in the months before this of not caring anymore, but your friends are right, you have such a great life ahead of you, I can see it!
I'm really glad to hear that you're getting back to your daily blogging about food and exercise and overall weight-lossy stuff. I'm sorry that you had a slump though and regained 18 of the pounds you lost.
