Been just a little busy today. It’s almost 8pm CST and I’m just now posting today’s weigh in.
Well, I lost the 5lbs that I gained last week. So, the weight gain last week was due to the weight lifting and treadmill because honestly, I didn’t eat as good this week as I did last week.
So, the plan is working. Next week I should be below 497. I’ve been doing my workouts. Every time I go to the gym I do a little weight lifting then hit the treadmill. I do two sets of two different upper-body dumbbell exercises. Then I do two sets of the bench press. The bench press is my favorite.
Good night.

keep moving forward bud…just don't quit.
Way to go!!!
Yay for getting below 500 lbs again! Before you know it, you'll be telling us you're 397!
Nice work Stephen! I'm weighing in today, hopefully I'll see some lost. I didn't have that great of a week with birthdays and family visiting kinda tainting my workout and eating plans, but I got back on the horse yesterday. I did however have a 9lb. lost when I weighed in last wednesday, hoping I didn't gain any of it back =/
Good job, Stephen! Keep doing what you're doing because it's obviously working.
Hey Stephen, I've been following your blog on and off since it was featured in Health magazine. Tonight I just did not feel like working out and I Googled “motivation to exercise.” Then I remembered your blog and realised I didn't need that search and added your site to google reader instead – what was the first thing I read on your blog? Your quote from Randy “Hey, A mile is a mile.” It was just what I needed.
Thanks for being a real inspiration and proving that it really is just a daily choice.

Thank you Michelle.
Great Job!
Keep on Keep'n on!
Congrats on losing the 5 pounds. I have had that same thing happen to me when I increase my weights in the gym. It was discouraging at first, but then when I figured out why it happened it's not such a shock any more when I have a gain. I know I am building healthy lean muscle.
Keep up the good work that you are doing!
