I am learning that my body will lose weight. When I eat less and move more the weight falls off. My mind, my thoughts are what I allow to get in the way.

I am having a bit of writers block tonight. I ‘m gonna prepare next weeks post in advance. Also, I am tired from the walk earlier.

Hey Stephen — good to see that you posted your walking schedule. It looks pretty similar to mine. I do a 2-3 mix for a half hour. 2 minutes of regular walking, 3 minutes of fast paced walking — I rinse and repeat for a half hour and this gets me to about a mile on the treadmill.
