I fell asleep last night before blogging, so I’m posting it this morning.

I’m tired this morning.

Food

Breakfast: Shredded Wheat, skim milk, and clementine

Snack: kashi granola bar

Lunch: 2 ham sandwiches and wheat thins

Snack: kashi granola bar

Pre-Supper Snack: carrots and hummus

Supper: homemade chicken soup with rice and sugar free jello

Drinks: a little water and a couple cups of coffee with splenda
