Good food day. Still no exercise.

Have a great Saturday!!

Food

Breakfast: Shredded Wheat cereal, skim milk, protein powder, clementine, and banana

Snack: kashi granola bar

Lunch: tuna salad sandwich, triscuits, and clemintine

Snack: tuna salad sandwich, triscuits, and clemintine

Supper: two tuna sandwiches, salad, tomatoes, and raspberry vinaigrette

Snack: carrots, hummus, and granola bar

Drinks: a little water and a couple cups of coffee with splenda

Exercise

None

So you are on a tuna kick too!?! Try it with slivered almonds and hard boiled egg whites in it, oh and a bit of lite mayo.
