Tomorrow’s the Big Day

The Susan G Komen Race for the Cure 5K is tomorrow. I will be taking pictures with my phone before, during, and after the race. After capture, the pics will automatically be uploaded to my flickr account. We are meeting at 8:30am CST for a Make-A-Wish Dream Team group shot before the race. Then the race starts at 9am. The more I think about it, the more nervous I get. A ton of people are gonna be there.

I attempted to make a custom shirt with my ink jet printer. FAIL! – The print outs looked great, but after applying the transfers to the shirt, the images looked faded. I could barely make out what the image was. Oh well. Live and Learn.

Finally, I want to say a big THANK YOU to Ryan, a friend that co-owns a local digital printing company. Today I was working at a client’s location and Ryan delivered some business cards to this client while I was there. He popped in where I was working and told me that I was doing a good job, and that he reads my blog periodically. Ryan had just left his workout with his personal trainer and realized that he had some business cards to deliver. — Thank you Ryan for saying something. You really lifted my spirits this afternoon.
