T-Money Lunch

by Stephen Vinson on October 30, 2009

I was in a better mood today. However, I still didn’t workout, and I also did not eat what I am supposed to eat. I am gonna force myself to workout in the morning. I bet after a workout, I’ll feel better.

I’ve got pics today!! I had lunch with my friend Trent “T-Money” McCool at the Fish Market Restaurant in Hoover, AL. I really enjoyed talking with Trent about his upcoming wedding and other stuff. Like I mentioned yesterday, Trent is one of those people that I always feel better after talking to him. Also, I want to send yet another thank you to Trent for buying lunch. I really did not expect that, and he wouldn’t allow me to buy my own. Don’t worry, I always return the favor somehow.

Broiled Snapper with no seasoning. The round container holds the greek dressing for my salad.

The Greek salad. Careful, those peppers are HOT!!!

I am determined to workout in the morning. What I’ll do is take some pics of the workout and make a quick post in the morning. That will encourage me to workout.

Tomorrow I have to test out my studio strobes for the photos on Saturday. I’ll probably have a post up on Sunday morning of the craziness at Talladega on Saturday night. I hope it doesn’t rain.

Don’t forget, the time change is this weekend. So, we’ll have a long weekend.

Have a great Friday! :)

Eating right is the hardest part for me (I love big portions!). Having those cookies offered to you on a regular basis has got to be so hard. Have a good workout tomorrow!

P.S. – You are so mean for posting all those yummy food pictures. It’s 8:30 a.m., and all I can think about is lunch. :)

It must be torture working somewhere that they serve goodies that you know *should* be ‘off limits’! I can guarantee you WILL feel so much better after your workout tomorrow! :)

The fish looked wonderful! Ah well, I had a bit of halibut and veggies for breakfast, and I got my halibut cooked just right, so I can’t complain.

I’d probably have caved for a hot cookie too. I think the key in this situation is to just have one, enjoy and move on. That way you get the taste you crave and don’t have to feel deprived.

Get that workout in though!

I know FOR SURE I would not be able to resist the hot cookies. :) Does your mom know you are trying to lose weight? Why would she buy you candy?

My mom bought the Halloween candy for herself, but there was a lot of candy. So I couldn’t resist. ;)
