The Susan G Komen Race for the Cure 5k is this weekend, and I’m trying to get some workouts and long walks in before the race. I walked two miles Sunday morning and half a mile this morning. I also worked out this evening on the Bowflex. It has been rainy outside, which is interfering with my walks.
I have been doing fine food wise.
I have just been feeling blah lately. I’ve got some re-working I need to do on my plan and motivation. Today I have just been tired.
I am excited about the race on Saturday. We scouted race course on Sunday, and I don’t foresee any problems.

I have been following you and you are doing great. Dont give up. Rainy weather brings everyone down. Try to workout even when it’s raining….you always feel better after!! You can do this!!
