I could not ask for a better week!!! First my blog was mentioned in Health magazine, then I said goodbye to the 500′s FOREVER!!!!! Hit the road Jack, I will never see you again. I’ll pull out my tap shoes for today. Oh yea!
I bet you’re dying to see an updated picture. I couldn’t beleive the difference when I took this. I was astounded. I get so used to seeing myself that I don’t realize the difference. I now see why folks have been coming up to me recently, commenting on how much weight I’ve lost.

I made a lot of progress this weekend on my new fitness room at the house, and I can’t wait to have it completed.
