Well, I guess I should go ahead an spill it: I didn’t do to well this week. Monday, we walked our 1.5 mile route, but Tues and Wed I didn’t do anything. Also, on Tues I binged on some spaghetti, but today things were okay. I didn’t walk this morning, but I did work out with Donnie at Fitness Together this afternoon. We are going to walk in the morning.
Monday, I didn’t lose or gain any weight, and that was part of my problem. The other problem was my birthday on Monday. I didn’t eat anything bad, well, I didn’t do much of anything Monday, and that had me depressed, but now I’m okay. This weekend my mom and I are going to celebrate. My aunt sent me a cute card with some birthday money (a dollar for every pound lost) So, today I ordered a TMobile MyTouch 3G. I really want an iPod but I’m still under contract with TMobile, the T-Mobile rates are cheaper than AT&T, and the MyTouch is more affordable. I’ve talked with some people about it, and they really love it.
Now, my primary goal is to train hard for the upcoming Walk for the cure. I will be doing two-a-days everyday until the race on Oct 10. I’ll walk in the morning and workout in the afternoon. I really, really want to be in the 400′s for the race.
This weekend I’ll be blogging about last weekend at Wordcamp Birmingham. Also, some Birmingham, AL tweeps are meeting for lunch tomorrow. I’ll be going to this and blogging about it tomorrow.
I hope to go to Wordcamp Atlanta in Georgia this January. I will have all of my WordPress questions ready by then.

You can ABSOLUTELY be in the 400′s by the time the race happens. It’s in your cross hairs. Knock it out of the park!

I hope your coming year is everything you wish it to be. We all have bad days, birthdays will do that to you sometimes. Just remember that you are farther along on your road to health than ever before. You can do this. The race is great, it would be awesome to go and all. But remember this is for life. I hope your next week goes as planned.
