Hump Day

Wednesday: I was really busy at work today. As a result, I didn’t get to goof off much. We did get a little bit of testing done using Skype video conferencing. It work really well and its free.

Food wise, I had a good day. I went over a little bit on calories, fat, carbs, etc. I have got to get some measuring cups!

Also, mom and I walked this morning. We’re doing good on our morning walks.

I took a peek at one medical journal, and I’ve got to dig up my info on statistics from college because they talk about clinical trials. They provide the formulas or methods on how they test a random portion of a population. Anyway, I didn’t spend much time on it because I was tired. I’ll find that info on statistics and research more this weekend.

Have a good Thursday.

Stephen, I use a food scale and measuring cups. I agree that they are a must!

You're doing awesome. Yes, measuring cups and a food scale are a must for me---especially in the beginning. I really had ZERO clue what a normal portion was... I do now! And it's not that bad! Pretty good in fact.

Now that I've got skin in the game, I don't know whether to root for you or tell you to have a chili dog and relax. Hmmmmmmm... I guess I'll still root for ya.

Stephen, I had to get measuring cups, too. My eyes were so used to "super sized" portions, I had no idea what was right. Also, a food scale helps me.
