Alright, alright, I weighed in at 555, an 11 pound loss from last week. This brings my total loss to 77 pounds. There are 42 more weigh ins until the next Dega 500. I will have to lose 5.31 pounds per week to meet goal.

That's more like it! At your size, I expect some monster weigh-ins from you when you do ALL the right stuff. At least for another few months. And believe me, you're going to need those double-digit weekly losses because the paddling is going to get tougher the closer to your goal you reach.I love, love, love the fact that you've got a timetable and goal that you feel so strongly about. You really don't have any leeway to f*ck around. So keep after it, Stephen; put together back-to-back "oh my freakin' God" weigh-ins and shock the world.
