I will be swimming in the mornings starting in the morning. My schedule is too unpredictable to “plan” on swimming on Mon/Wed/Fri afternoons. The pool opens at 6:30am, so I will knock swimming out before work.

This week is flying by. I couldn’t swim this afternoon because of work, but I did workout and do a little walking.

Next Monday’s weigh in should be good :)

B:
plain oatmeal + 2 scoops protein powder
2 eggs boiled w/0 yolks
2 turkey sausage
1 banana

S1:
handful of almonds

L:
tuna wrap (ww tortilla + tuna salad)
watermelon

S2:
tuna wrap

D:
steak burger
cauliflower + blue cheese
pork and beans
1/2 protein bar after walking at home

W:
1/2 gallon + 2 cups

Other Fluids:
coffee and splenda

E:
walk 1 lap at work (1/4 mile)
walk for 15 min at home
lifted dumbbells at home

Great to see some fruit in there! I think it is a great idea to workout before work. Life can't stop you from working out if it hasn't woken up yet. Great to see you making all the little tweeks to shed your weight. You are doing a great job. Keep it up.

Have you tried plain oatmeal with a teaspoon of smooth (light) peanut butter – oh so yummy!

A workout before work can really energize you for the day. Gets your metabolism going! Always makes me feel a little smug, too ;) I tagged you for a survey on my blog, if you're interested.

If you can do it, exercising first thing is an awesome way to start the day. My mornings are too hectic, but it would sure free up my lunch hours if I could.Stay on plan, Stephen, and let's rock the scale this week!

Peanut butter is not the best thing to eat. They are very acidic. Plus, most of the pb has sugar in it. Almonds are way better. Chop them up and put them on the oatmeal.Your foods are looking better than last week for sure. The banana is questionable. Would rather see you eating berries, like blueberries or strawberries.
