Hey Robin, It's 300 pounds since the beginning of this blog. So far I've lost 72 pounds, this means 228 pounds to go. Which makes it 5.18 pounds per week.Honestly, I don't know about hitting the 300 pound mark, I would be happy with 200, but it wouldn't hurt to try.You are not a "pain in the ass". We did buy some waffles but we also bought almonds, and I've got plenty of oatmeal and protein powder. Have a great week.

Dude! You can do this!! Don't settle for 200!!BTW: I totally agree about losing the waffles. You've done your research and know that weight loss is a simple relationship of how many calories you take in vs. how many you burn. Waffles and honey are PACKED with unnecessary calories. Try this instead:4 – egg whites1 – full egg (with yolk)1/4 cup – hot salsa (optional)1/2 cup – oatmeal (plain) w/ SplendaTo keep the eggs from being too dry, you can add the full egg later in the cooking process so that the yolk stays a bit runny. The salsa also helps with the "bland" taste of eggs and the "heat" will speed up your metabolism. You'll get your good carbs from the oatmeal rather than those janky ones from the waffles and oatmeal that only add inches and pounds. Eggs take almost no time to cook. In fact, they'll be cooked before the water for your oatmeal is done heating up in your microwave.Seriously, COMMIT to trying this breakfast out for 3 weeks and see what happens. I think you'll like the results.300 lbs is no slouch goal!!! You're going to have to work EXTREMELY hard to get there! As Maximus said in the movie Gladiator, "The time for half-measures and talk is over!" AND, as Trent said in the movie Swingers, "You're money baby! You're so money!"NO REGRETS! You can do this!!

FYI: Watch how full you feel after eating the breakfast. If you have that "stuffed" feeling, try cutting the oatmeal down to 1/4 cup instead. You never want to have that "full" feeling. You want to eat just enough so that your stomach isn't grumbling.I have a diet plan that a friend gave to me that was developed by a professional body-builder. This friend ran into him at a show and he jotted the diet down for my friend on a piece of paper for a measley $400… talk about an expensive diet! Regardless, you may be able to take it and modify it to fit your needs. Hold me accountable to get that to you.
