Fruit in the oatmeal DOES make it taste much better! Glad you finally did that. Now you can forget all about that honey. Fruit is so much better with tons of antioxidants also.Congrats BIGTIME on your 11 lb. loss!!! 6 pounds of that was the water you gained last week from the heavy sodium and carb load. the 5 pound fat loss was because you were so good. Now that you are eating better and with less sodium and carbs, you are lowering your insulin response, and your fat loss with be dramatic in the coming weeks. If you stay eating like this, you will keep losing in the double digits, until your body releases all the stored water from the carbs. If you can keep your protein up and keep your starches and sodium very low, you may even exceed your goal by Tallega time. You deserve your own pace car at Talledega, can Trent McCool arrange that for you? Who can we email or twitter to get this for you? That would be awesome.
