Update

I’m still here. Not having such a good weekend food wise. I did swim Friday: 10 laps. I plan on knocking out a good week next week, but I have to do something about these weekends. I will come up with a plan. I am not giving up. I will weigh in tomorrow.

Hey, stay positive. Setbacks happen. Just power through it and keep doing what you know works. And look at the progress you’ve posted already!

It’s a marathon we’re running, not wind sprints (which is good; I hate wind sprints)…
