I still have my cold, but it’s getting better. I did very well on the eating today, and thank you to everyone for the encouraging comments. Hopefully on Friday I can start my exercising again.

2 blueberry waffles + honey
2 turkey bacon
2 boiled eggs w/o yolk

sandwich: 2 pump, 2 roast beef, 1 cheese
yogurt
2 cinnamon apple sauce

trail mix

2 baked chicken breast

pork and beans
